Wiener Schnitzel

Sage Bistro is my go-to for this meal! I generally make it a Jaegar Schnitzel with the mushroom gravy --- so good and huge. It's a meal for two. They also include the braised cabbage --- so good! Don't believe me? Try it! If you love German food, this is the best in the area.

Chorizo Crusted Sea Bass (or Chef's Fresh Catch)

I thought the food was very good and the service was excellent. My issue was that they didn't say it was organic or non gmo or no antibiotics. All in all it tasted good but it wasn't good for me?? So for the price, you don't get organic.

Sarah, the owner told us they were substituting Mahi for the Sea Bass. It was outstanding! My hubby ordered the Schweinshaxe and thought it was very authentic. This was my birthday dinner and our waitress Linda made it a very special evening! Can't wait to return.

Baked Stuffed Chicken

OMG so good!!! The margarita was so yum and all of our food was amazing from the appetizers to the desert! Shrimp and crab rangoon, sea scallops, stuffed chicken, coconut shrimp, apple crisp with vanilla ice cream. We cannot say enough how much we enjoyed the atmosphere and the food, the whole experience was wonderful! We'll be back!

Chorizo Crusted Sea Bass (or Chef's Fresh Catch)

We discovered Sage by sampling the tapas they had at Jazzoo this year. The mushroom soup was perfection and was very welcomed on such a cold evening. I've been here twice and would have dined here a third time, but we didn't realize they stopped serving so early 8:00 or 9:00 pm. I can also vouch for the Chilean sea bass! I haven't had anything disappointing. Thanks Sage.
